M3 Chin Vent Replacement
Read all instructions before disassembly!
| A | From the exterior of helmet: Gently break any adhesion between the old vent assembly and the eyeport moulding. Be sure not to damage the moulding as it is not to be replaced. |  |
| B | From the interior of the helmet: Remove the cheek pads and the chin pad. Using a flat blade screwdriver or equivalent, remove the 3 melted plastic buttons. |  |
| C | From the exterior of the helmet: Remove the old vent. |  |
| D | From the exterior of the helmet: Install the new vent assembly- 3 posts through the 3 corresponding holes in shell. |  |
| E | From the exterior of the helmet: Be sure the moulding is over and out side of vent. |  |
| F | From the interior of the helmet: Melt or glue the 3 plastic posts in place. Trim excess plastic. |  |
| G | Reinstall cheek pads & chin pad. | |
